Meet the team

Justyn is the sales director at Horton & Storey. Responsible for viewings and sales progression. For the past 15 years he has worked within a residential estate agency helping people move. Focussing on client satisfaction, he prides himself on delivering from the point of marketing until completion. He has abundant experience and a proven track record in all roles within residential agency. Starting as a trainee negotiator, Justyn worked his way up the career ladder in roles such as negotiator, valuation manager, branch manager and regional trainer for valuation managers. Outside of work, Justyn is a family man, he has three young children that keep him very busy with their packed social calendars. He is very busy taking them to parties and trying to fit in as much golf as possible (in fair weather!).

Tom is a director at Horton & Storey and a residential Chartered Surveyor. Responsible for the valuations and marketing at Horton & Storey. Tom's previous roles include positions at national and large independent estate agencies. He has successfully managed portfolios for investor landlords and managed residential estate agency practices. Before this, he performed a management role in residential estate management. He has delivered new and existing residential developments for various national housebuilders and private freeholders. Always approachable, Tom's defining factor is his friendly nature. Outside work, he loves rugby union, sailing and his two toddlers, Bill and Ben!

Charlotte Ford is a highly experienced and skilled Horton & Storey team member, bringing over 22 years of industry expertise and knowledge to her role as overall lettings and management function lead. Having held senior positions at John Shepherd and SDL Bigwood, Charlotte has established herself as a reliable and consistently professional, delivering exceptional service to investors and landlords. In her free time, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her daughter Olivia, her pride and joy. Whether running, taking weekend breaks or hitting the gym, Charlotte always finds time to balance her personal and professional commitments. When not focusing on her family or fitness, Charlotte is dedicated to revising and evolving branch practices, ensuring that the Horton & Storey team continues providing the highest service to its clients. Overall, Charlotte's extensive experience and expertise, her positive attitude and her commitment to excellence make her an exceptional leader and valuable member of the Horton & Storey team.

Jennifer White is a highly motivated and talented individual who has quickly established herself as an integral team member at Horton & Storey. Jen began her career in agency as an apprentice, eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in the field. Her hard work and dedication quickly paid off, as she showed a natural aptitude for the industry and began to excel in her role. With her positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges, Jen quickly earned respect and admiration of her colleagues and managers. Outside of work, Jen is an active and engaged community member. She enjoys socialising with friends and colleagues and always looks for new opportunities to expand her horizons and try new things. In addition, Jen is a qualified dance teacher and performer and enjoys practising her craft weekly.
