The Property Ombudsman (TPO) has been providing alternative dispute resolution for consumers and property agents since 1990. The TPO is a government-approved scheme to provide redress in relation to disputes. At Horton & Storey our clients are reassured that an independent redress scheme will help resolve disputes if they unfortunately arise.
